Safe Walkway at Parking Area

A safe walkway is currently being created in front of the school to allow children space to walk to and from the school gate. Parents are asked to please be patient while this is being done but also to drive and park more cautiously when getting in and out of the parking bays at the front of the school. A reminder to all that children must be signed out by the parent or designated driver. We ask that parents are patient at the gate , especially during busy times.

Art Programme

The Artist to be studied over the next two weeks during Art lessons is Jackson Pollock. Children shall learn about the history and background of this artist who became famous for producing art from splatters of paint. This art technique is a true process of self-expression and includes something highly therapeutic as the art emerges as paint is splashed onto paper or canvas. This promises to be a messy yet inspiring art activity and we await the magnificent art pieces with baited breath!

Art Studio and Science Lab

A brand new art studio which will also double up as a Science Lab has been created downstairs. This will allow children far more space to conduct experiments and express themselves during art lessons.

Student of the Week

Each week, a child from each class is identified as “Student of the Week” for showing excellence or great progress in various areas.
