End of Term

School closes for the Winter Holiday on Friday 30 June at 12:30. Aftercare supervision will be provided as usual. We wish all our families a safe and wonderful holiday and look forward to seeing everyone back again for the start of Term 3 on Monday 24th July.

Extended Holidays and Travel

Parents who are taking their children out of school because of extended holiday travel must please inform the school, in writing, of the exact dates that the children will not be at school. This is not conducive to the child’s academic progress so parents are urged to keep this to a minimum, especially in the higher grades and classes.

Pink Eye and Conjunctivitis

A number of children are reported to have contracted Pink Eye which is highly contagious. Please be aware of this and if your child presents with red, swollen, itchy and/or watery eyes which are painful, it is essential to keep your child at home and away from other children. Please consult a pharmacist or medical practitioner for the correct treatment.

Charity Items

Sam Catulici from The Knights of Da Gama came to collect the generous donations of non-perishable foodstuff and clothing items for the poor on Tuesday 20 June and thanked the Courtney children for their generosity.
